I've seen worse than that, in Scunny there's a Mitsubishi Carisma with similar treatment but more of it, including the electronic fake turbo blow-off valve sound maker :D

I think he tried to create a sleeper but ruined it with the Spax decal on the door.

Thing is to me that Sierra just looks like a really bad effort at a photochop 'what would it look like if I did this...'. I don't really like the look of Victors either but at least Red Victor One could seriously move (Google Worlds Fastest Street Legal Car to see it).
I remember thinking when I first saw a Sierra on the road "If that's the future then it's going to be bland". I think you can do some really nice things to some British cars that were not exactly blessed with good looks from birth, but it needs to be a bit more understated....
