hey dogfish,
i very nearly bought that charger! the deal fell through. there are a few aussie charger owners on here Matt H, James B, and the guy who owns Minty (not sure of his name) and myself. They will be able to help you out there. If you dont get any answers soon ill have a look in my book when i get home on the 24th for you. My chargers sunfire yellow.

Sorry Hugh!

I take it that Hugh makes/imports transfers? Of course i will buy them from him!!

Cheers for all the advice on the colours. Was thinking of contacting some aussie owners via email too.Theres that Aussie Chrysler Club which has some real cool cars on. 8)

Got a pic of an orange (tangerine) car at a show. That colour would be ideal.

Don't worry about upsetting Hugh. I've been trying to do that for years and never managed yet! In fact I think he could be the ONLY person I have never upset. Isn't that right Hugh?

See http://www.mopartalk.co.uk/mopartalk/vi ... php?t=2422 for what Hugh can do. Don't know if he can even do full body stripes?

I have noticed a glaring omission. YD Citron Gold Metallic should be in that list. The UK list I have is from a VJ brochure from 73. I don't have a VH brochure to compare. It is therefore likely that there are others that should be in that list.

This is the entry I have for yor car in the export list:

VH6H290591, A221B03034, RF, X1, S77, 21/01/1972

That is the chassis number, the original engine number, paint code (Hemi Orange.... I told you there might be other omissions!), trim code (Black vinyl), option codes (S77 = Power Steering.... the VH cars only listed a few of the options), build date.

As for transfers, Hemi Performance do kits for R/T's and other Aussie Chryslers. Things pop up on Ebay Aus from time to time too.
