New Challenger R/T and V6 models
Moderator: Moderators
I'm still not sure about this new Challenger.... A couple of things, - firstly it's not the Cuda everyone really wanted, and check out the typical modern Dodge interior and steering wheel, - I had hoped for something better than this. What a shame they didn't develop some kind of retro style look to the interior:
And like the original, it's too bloomin' late. Ford's Mustang has already mopped up most of the buyers in this market.
But I could like it enough to buy one I suppose. We'll see.

I'm still not sure if I like them or not either.
But here is the 2009 official brochure if you want to order one.

Yeah, I'm not sure about the Challenger either...well I would love to drive one, but not sure I'd want to own one. Much rather have an original!!!

The original, or concept version, had a 'retro' style centre console shaped like the original e-bods, and they made a big deal about it at the time, saying it was a styling cue they'd carried over from the 70's carsJim wrote:...What a shame they didn't develop some kind of retro style look to the interior...
and now that looks like it's disappeared
