Dear Car Club,
Please find below the provisional race timetable for the AutoGlym HSCC Historic Festival 28-29 June 2008.

Don't forget that car clubs will be offered discounted rates!

The cost to the general public is �20 per adult on the day or �16 per adult if pre-booked (Children under 16 get in free of charge).

I'm offering car clubs a discounted cost of �25 per car and you will be able to park on either on the South Bank or The Colin Chapman way.

This offer is for car clubs only, that pre-book their tickets on our Hotline 01707 273999 x 277.

This event details have been sent through to us, and the organisers are keen to know how many may be going. They also have an incentibve to book early as below

AutoGlym, our event media partner are giving away to the first 1,000 car club members who book their tickets, an AutoGlym car cleaning kit bag gift! (picture below and attached for your website a jpeg)

A voucher (one per car) will be sent with their tickets for you and your members to take to the AutoGlym stand at the event to receive your gift! It would be fantastic to see you and your club at the event.

Matt you can put me down for this, could be interesting.
Do you reckon they would let us take our cars round the track.

Martin,
I dont think they will allow driving on the track, as the weekend is a full race series of several historic races.

I will not be able to go myself, so it is probably best if members book direct with the organisers on the details above.
If several members are going to go (prebooking essential I would suggest, so you are not in the general public car park) then a club flag can be arranged to be got to someone I'm sure.

I have this reply from Paula today about this;-
members are welcome to book direct. We will ensure that all your members are placed together on the day.
