You could always buy a mild steel one here, and get it dipped. Hot dip galvanizing is much better for robustness and longevity than plating. Finish is a little less "polished" but it is better in the long run. Wouldnt cost much either if you go to the right place.
True. But but I have found they always have trouble with the bends over the axle and around the steering that's why I'm leaning towards the original factory jig systems from the US.
US Auto bent me a set of over axle bends for a Dodge Dart (closest fit I could find to Aussie Charger) in mild steel. I guess you could get that then give them to some one to do.
