Miles , run yer finger on the underside of the breathers , you'll notice oil under there , more so on a run when the RPMs are up , cost me three valve cover gaskets till i figured it out , only noticed cos i saw it drip of the breather. :roll:

There now dumped under the chassis rails , if it gets pulled @ the strip , i've got others i carry.

Maybe i had a bit of blowby , still would'nt use em. :mytwocents:

right so the covers are good BUT if i do start having a problem with the breathers what would you suggest [the covers came with the breathers]

Stick a pair of breathers in with take-off's and run the pipe/s into a catch tank...... :?

yea ive got them breathers and rockers on mine, breathers do dump a bit of oil.

engine has been steam cleaned core plugs are all in now just waiting for gaskets that didnt come with the full 340 gasket set :?
