Alan & bob were coming over tonight to pick some bits up & finish off the nitrous wireing install , to which was robbed off the green meanie

, Bob did'nt show , he decided to have his feet waxed instead.
Got started on the nitrous wireing & decided to button up the ignition side of the controller first & finish the rest off at the weekend.
Went to start the motor to find we had no power to the controller , after a bit of head scratchin , we found out the controller has two earths , to which the diagram shows only one

, i should of known , as it caught me out when i wired the Pit. Got it sorted & cranked it over when the motor backfired through the carb , turned it off & waited for the smoke to clear through the filter

, started it back up to hear the starter not engaging , jacked it up & found the starter motor casing split down the middle.
Decided to go down the pub & wait for the recovery truck to turn up , got back about an hour later & Al loaded the Devil on the truck.
Turns out the truck driver owned the Devil for twenty years

, he was telling us when he used to run nitrous on it.
Small world ain't it.
