Mopars At The Strip - a 13yr old's eye view

Post by RobTwin »

If you can stand any more pics from Vegas last month, here's some that RobTwin jnr took. I've tried not to double-up on too many pics I've already posted, but included his where they're better than mine

First few were taken from the back seat of the rental car (Charger, of course 8-) ) between Bartsow & Vegas on the Thursday. Didnt see much of the cruise that was supposed to go from Glendora Dodge in north LA to The Cannery in Vegas - just a handful of older Mopes :?
Made up for it on the Friday tho :D

Thanks Dunc, I'm partial to a bit of '70 Charger meself - think it must be the novelty factor, after seeing so many 68's :D

I was suprised how few Chargers (all years) there were over there, reckon they must all be over here :-k

The 69 500's gotta be my fave tho :love10:

Time to retire your camera, Rob, and let the young 'un take over.

Just think, four years and you'll be kicked out the driving seat as well.

Great pics Andrew! Better than your Dad's, but don't tell him I said so ;)

That green 70 Charger R/T on the trailer has a Ledger Green C stripe, and was coded as such on the fender tag (V6F). Never seen that before.

I'll get my anorak...

Yes Ivor, and he gets it from the same place he got the camera and the holiday from , and he better not forget it  :D

Adam, he's struggling with his times-tables at the mo, just before his 'SATS' (pre-GCSE for us old-uns  ) exams, so you'll have to forgive me I dont try & edumacate him on the niceties of Mopar colour codes :read2:

And 'nana - as Adam pointed out before, that Mod-Top was painted-on, and on the wrong car, but nice to see that wacky pattern, all the same :) Shame there werent any 'real' ones (not that I saw) :?
