James and Laura's new Daily

Post by Anonymous »

OK so James Social Security Number has arrived meaning we could go and pick up our new daily driver and return the hire car (at last)
Thought I'd post the couple of pics I have taken so far.
It's only the baby 3.5 V6 but it was the best deal for us right now. Only had 18 miles on the clock when we left the dealership.

Daily, I thought Kev - looks like they're leaving the dealership after signing their life away

Thats like the rental we had last month, but I think ours had the (even) smaller engine - 2.7 V6 i think.
Good car tho, would have been even better with one of the bigger engines, of course

Boot/trunk was mahoosive  Got 4 suitcases & 2 biggish holdals in there. Not sure what mpg it did but only cost about £25 to fill up from nearly empty

Depends on our spec and local sales tax, check out here and build your own for a general idea, sticker price was $23K for our car

We're freinds with the sales guy at the dealership as he owns a Dart and is in the MoPar club over here so he didn't bother as he knew we didn't need it. We did have to stand in the middle of the car show room surounded by all the staff, whilst Gary shouted "James and Laura have just brought a new Charger" which all the staff then shouted back and then set streamers off...all very silly!!
