Truck heads

Anybody got any info regarding heads with the casting number 2899943? All I can find on the web is, 1971-1977 motorhome, no valve sizes or chamber size, nothing apart from a US site that says if youv'e got them throw them away!

I cannot see them listed in anything I have. All the passenger car B and RB heads used 2.080/1.740 valve sizes through those years so I see no reason why these would be any different.

However the 'old' 413s used a 1.6 exhaust valve.

Being mainly for low rpm use it could be that they have small volume port runners and that might be why the site you found suggests throwing them away.

A google search does not bring up a huge amount on them. No-one seems to have much info on them except they are truck (not motorhome) heads.
