Yeah, it was in the last connected too! Dont know why :? Must have been because it was for sale on the board. I didnt ask anybody to put it in connected.

Having said that, if a potential buyer came forward, it would be a shame to say no. Especially if thier holdin' the foldin' stuff. :D

Malc, I might be interested in a swap for the Torino ;)

Just thought I would let ya'll know where I'm up to with the progress!

Having recieved my goods from Sixpack Speed shop, the clips from the windscreen trim didnt arrive! I'm not blaming Pascal, he has been more than helpfull. He has sent some that he had in stock but alas none of them are correct. I have found an ebay power seller in the states (Firestone Collectibles) that I have delt with before. Luckily I have his email addy so I could deal with him directly and last time I bought stuff from him, was here within a fortnight.

I had planned to have to car on the road by now but the lack of trim clips has held the job up. Well these things happen I spose.

The windscreen gasket has caused me some concern also!

Although same shape as my old one, there is an extra lip on the new gasket. Pascal has told me this is o.k but they are fiddly!

Has anybody else used one like this before :?

I'll just take them both to Daves and he can use wich one he wants. The old one isnt so bad and I will clean it up!
