V8 bike spotted

Just seen (no camera) a metallic blue bike running a S/B Chevy lump,51 registration. East Grinstead main road. Any ideas what it is?Looked like a Harley on steroids.

Thats a good un, 5.7 litres of small block Chevy in a bike frame & you call it a poofy windshield !

What I saw was more like a custom,no touring parts and painted met blue and stars n stripes.
