I've had no trouble with Hookers in the past, but I would think carefully about going over to headers unless you are modding the motor as they can present their own set of problems...just my tuppence worth.
The pump don’t work coz the vandals took the handles.

I've heard Hookers can be a problem nick your wallet when your pants are down :)

Anything near a stock engine you are better with the stock manifolds. In particular if they are the high performance 440 manifolds.

Flowmasters are loud. So are cherry bombs.

Dynomax are loud but in a nicer way than the other two.

Don't use a ballance pipe if you want a louder and better V8 sound.
