adam, ive known paul aka mr daclone for years (americana @ donnington 1994 ?) & he has some real tall stories on him, recons his street 511 hemi makes 800+ horses (what do you think dunc) & is run by 2 computers, but cant drag race it as it would snap the prop ?
real tidy car :thumbright: but recons its worth $$$$$$
he certainly is a character

He told me 850 @ the crank , 650 out back. :D

Had it roped off , he reckons he drove it down , reckon he had a trailor parked up somewhere. ;)

he does drive it down, & yes he loves to rope it off, vip tickets only to go over the rope :lol:

There's an interview with him on one of the nats DVD, he wasn't comfortable with the clone tag : )

According to the pretty pictures and write up in ACW Jan 06 the car has an Arruzza built 511 hemi,good for 630hp. :lol: Plus a Mr Watts built 727 and race spec 'vertor,can't see he forgot to upgrade the prop at the time. :roll: Car would be better with a dressed up 318 and the 511 and box put in a car that deserves it. :thumbright:

Soz Dunc - I can confirm pints were well indeed in the hands of Brutus
Couldnt snap the moment though as pints were also in the hands of Newport :thumbright:

paul,s dayclona is a real credit to him, its perfect, but its a car, so get the bloody thing up the strip and lets see it run, and ropin it off whats that all about he used to when it was still a charger, :shock:

People who "rope off" cars are tossers imo :binky: if there that important, leave em at home :geek:
