Whatever i decide the nats is out

Bit of a bummer Pete , hope you sort it. :thumbright:

Sneeky Pete , you must of been runnin on the bottle. :D

My thinkin is , if yer tuning a motor @ the strip , you've gota have the exhaust buttoned up , no way to hear if it's detonating , or at least plug chop it , or use a knock sensor/stethascope , cheap insurance.

Pete I was talking to Al Golding who runs the Firenza with a stroker 440 and fogger and he had the same problem fuel puddling between the second and first ring and igniting and completely wrecked his pistons ring seats now running a KB piston with a stepped first ring and has doubled the ring gap to allow for more expansion.
Hope you can get it together for the Nats mate, wont be the same without ya :thumbright:
