Bargain! My Starrett dial gauge cost over a hundred quid, without the stand!
The pump don’t work coz the vandals took the handles.

Do you just have the plunger type? Or are there finger gauges as well?

And what is shipping to Indy?

I was looking for some mega accurate ones (+/-0.001mm), but they are also mega expensive.

I have an old +/-0.01mm plunger but it seems to have developed some hysteresis and doesn't necessarily return to zero which is a bit of a problem.

I haven't actually looked over here yet to see what is available but those do seem a very good price (which is why I enquired about accuracy, I expected an answer of +/- 0.1mm!!!).

I bought one of these off ebay a few months ago, imperial with the stand. Can't remember what I paid for it though.

Just thought I'd pass on some credit where it's due. Just ordered some kit from Mark on Wednesday. Got an E-mail yesterday to say it had been sent, with a tracking number on it, checked today, on it's way.... Just arrived! Brilliantly packaged and totally hassle free. Thank's, Mate! :thumbright:
