Thanks to all for your comments & the great pictures that have been posted. Off on hols on Weds, so wont be able to play with the car till it comes back from the paint shop.

Ordered 2 new water temp sensors today & bigger fan to help with the cooling. Think I'm getting an airlock as temp is not that high, but went for a bigger fan as more of a precaution.

Been playing with computer today, but cant see any obvious issues at the moment. Will probably stump up the cash & book car in for rolling road, at least I can replicate most scenarios & then do a little tinkering when driving. Or should I say, I will play while me mate drives.

I'm sure the F/Inj will prove its worth, just taking me a litlte longer to get me head round it. At the end of the day, a motor needs, fuel, air & spark, just controlled slightly different.

My engine builder was telling me about some new injectors today, almost had me credit card out.... till me misses walked in :D Said I better get this problem sorted before I decide to step up on the motor

Cheers all,
Mark... :thumbright:

Mark, I love your car And can't wait for you to get it sorted and on to the track, it sounded the nuts in the pits when you were driving it it's a shame you didn't get to run it. Will you be taking it to the hot rod drags?
After the weekend I think you should paint your car WHITE with air con :)
Petrol is for washing parts, Alcohol is for drinking, Nitro is for racing!!!

I agree mate, when I read your earlier post, it all came flooding back. My car was bloody baking inside....

I initially only had jacket & helmet on, till the marshalls saw the burnout. Then they insisted on jacket, helmet, neck restraint, gloves. I never really liked the look of fans inside cars, but seriously considering now. Might only be moving the same air, but at least you get a breeze.

Not sure about HRD's, but if I have enough time, cars back early enough from paint & dependant on my job in Poland, then I will give it a go
