bent charger shackles???

bent charger shackles???

replaced the rear springs/bushes over last night and this morning, noticed that the left hand mounts are either bent or offset, should one side be like this? tyre on right is closer to the arch than left, thanks for any info, trev

As I just said to Trev on the phone, that looks like the wheel hit a curb real hard to me.

I've yet to see a stock Mopar with the rear axle central! :D
The pump don’t work coz the vandals took the handles.

That's an offset shackle kit Bilko, used to get a little more tyre clearance, Trev's car has had a whack at sometime for sure most likely a tyre and kerb collision as Dave suggests.

what colour is that?

I like the colour of the charger, mine is a deep red that needs freshening up, but thats an orangy-red that is realy nice. what colour is it and is it a genuine mopar colour? would it devalue my 68 rt if used it?

Trevs Charger is Hemi orange. Or something very close to it.

I use those offset shackles on my Challenger Bilko (to get my 295s under the rear arches) and looking at Trev's shackles (don't forget I have seen them for real) they are nothing like that. :(
