WELL SPANK MY BUTT!!!!!!

You all know I have serched high and low for a Burnt Orange headliner. Well, I crap you not - the search was fruitless. NO ONE does a repro because BO was a one year only offering. Spose its not economically viable to make it. If it won't Bananarama! own face, why bother.

So as a last ditch resort, I rang SMS Auto Interiors (NOT the SMS that does the hinge / dash rebuilds).

Guess what, they have the original NOS BO perforated vinyl headliner material for dodge in stock, and will make one for my 70 Charger from their patterns. SMS have a MASSIVE stock of NOS and repro interior fabrics. I was well shocked.

It will be made and shipped in 3 weeks.

How much I hear you ask. well a repro from Y1 in any colour will set you back $76. Mine will cost me $290 plus $40 shipping. Three times the price , but who gives a rats ass. Its on order.

Spiffing :D :D :D :D

Steve,

it was knackered. It was obviously very dried out and 'brittle' if thats the word. There was no way that was coming out without a fight. Fit for the bin mate.
