It's all just banter mate! Glad you had a good experience with No Thanks Tyres, personally I found them a complete shower, they'll never get another penny out of me....

I think the de trimming and painted bumpers really works well with the chargers shape, and the colour is a refreshing change. Still think you should give the wheels back to the bloke with the Jeep though

Good stuff. Cheers for the compliments. Now I'm going to go and fit my interior.

The one labled BEFORE is before and the one called AFTER is... well you can figure it out.

I like my car and it's back home, it came in under budget, I've wanted one since I was 9. If you don't like it, that's fine.

What does your car look like? I don't see a thread for you in Member's Car show?

Cheers Andy, that grille was a nightmare to fit. We got it on eventually (obviously) then just been tinkering. Next job is try and fix that steering issue but Dave has given me some advice to follow so I'll set to that this week. :thumbright:

I suspect that it was just repaired with whatever the guy had lying around, the wings were off a 68 also. Dave reckons it had been in a minor accident due to other damage we found during the strip down.

Hi rich, been away on hols for 3 weeks so haven't seen your progress. Colour looks great, really like the tone and depth. Its all come together so quickly. You and Dave have done a great job. As far as your own personalised touches - ignore what anyone else says - its your car, your money - have it your way and screw em! There won't be another Charger in the country looks like yours... and when you drive it through my village I shall be jealous as hell....drop in when its done.. :thumbright:

Will do Nick, cheers for that. Feel free to pop along if you want to see it sometime. It'll be a while before it graces the car park at the Metrocentre(!)
