Rallye Wheels - refurb time - bit of advice please

Hiya guys

Just got my Rallye wheels from Paulo (the one who's Dart got burnt up), the wheels were elsewhere so survived.

I'd like to clean em up a bit and re-touch the black bits etc.

Now, seeing as I had never bothered to study wheels much is the black used by Dodge a satin black, matt black or gloss?

Please advise or reccomend a company to do it for me

Are they Rallye's or magnums? Rallye's use Argent Silver and Rallye Silver Paint, Magnums use a Satin Black or trim Black.
