setting sb adjustable roller rockers

now have obtained a set of comp cams adjustable rollers rockers for the old 360 sb.

still using a hydraulic cam and followers BUT now have adjustability via the rockers so how do i use this to get the correct preset / load on the lifters

help as didn't get any idiot guide with the kit.
