Could be that you are burning oil.
What's the consumption like ?
Alternatively are you over-filling it with oil ?

Did you break off that patch of 'tan' on the center insulator or did it come out like that?
I don't like the 'spotty' and 'crusty' look to the other surfaces on the plug either. Looks like it is 'pinking' to me and the deposits are far too thick.
But apart from that black 'soot' usually means too rich. Burning oil is usually blue smoke. Of have i got that around the wrong way?

have you just pulled one plug?
what are the others like?
is that brand new carter straight out of the box or has it been set up for the car, it may be way too rich at wide open throttle but lean when cruising
