Jeff, I said appreciative, not luck (which, I agree, has almost nothing to do with it). We all have a story to tell about how we got to where we are, but there won't be any violins playing (and God knows I would have been a prime candidate at times for an accompaniment). Well done on the move to the States - I admire your optimism.
