about 15 years ago that was found under a hedge by a guy who recgnised the registration and was " done up"...
looking good..... mind its an Li 150...the poor mans Chariot
another one was nicked by a bloke from the production company at the time, it just resurfaced as well. might have been stings GS....which wasn't a GS just a mock up with GS panels.....it'll be worth a few bob as well. His GS never went over the cliff if you slow mo. it changes into a red vespa 50 before it hits the rocks
phil daniels had his parka nicked last month, out of his car. Been appealing for its return
I'd rather have a TV200.....trouble is they blow up (the engine was a bit fragile) and cost about 6K.....Yup 6K for a shopping trolley.
got a 175 in bits but its been like that since 2000 when i took it to bits
(along with the 125 and the lynx 200)
relics from the days when i was into scooters and VWs and i had some time to do things
all in bits still
which is probably good cos i don't have a bike license
they will get done eventually
once there is a bit of space.. 2 diffs 6 wheels 2 push chairs and 3/4 of an interior in the way at the mo.

I have a confession to make.
When on the back of a bike with my mate once we rode alongside a Mod on a scooter and I wrapped his knuckles with the torque wrench I was carrying to make him let go of the handle bars.
I was a terrible thug in those days and I am really really sorry if any Mods came to harm following my antics.
I promise i will never hit anyone with my torque wrench again.
Unless I happen across Liam Gallagher of course. He is really asking for it.

pushed down the escalators in bainbridges
smacked in the face by the big pencils in the Eldon
chased all the way down to the coast by Bananarama! on the bleedin metro
was in 1 time with me mum and 4 or 5 "daves" threw a full can of larger at me off the top of the bleeding multi story.....they missed...what a waste...could have killed me. jacked it all in after that Hh HH HH House nation acieeeeed etc.
only safe place was the pool room and the kard bar in the Handyside Arcade...and only then if the older fellas were there (they were an odd bunch 10 years older and still hanging around the town?*&??*&?)
terrifying it was
if Millwall or Chelsea came up I just stayed away...visiting casuals just gave the locals more bottle.
it was great fun....or maybe i was just naive and oblivious to the knives knuckle dusters etc

When I came home with an Ariel Red Hunter motor cycle, which I promptly crashed on my own driveway by having the kick starter go up my trouser leg when I tried to put my foot down, my dad said, right no motor cycles for you my boy, get rid of it.
So I sold it and bought a clapped out Vespa GS 180 with one chome plated "bubble" I knew I was going to end up in hospital after doing about 20 miles on it, so I sold it.
Forty quid.

Spec....
Frame
1960 Norton Model 50 slimline frame, the rear of the frame has been modified “Manx” style and it also has a box section swinging arm with needle roller bearings.
Front forks
Ceriani forks, from a Laverda, modified with external Manx type springs. The aluminium top yoke has had the handlebar brackets cut off and has been polished. Taper roller bearings are fitted, the bottom bearing is, surprisingly, exactly the same as a Norton one but the top has a specially made sleeved nut.
Wheels
The front wheel has a Gremica four leading shoe front brake in an unflanged aluminium rim with stainless steel spokes.
The rear wheel is a Triumph conical hub in an unflanged aluminium rim with stainless steel spokes.
Engine
The engine is a Dave Degens (well known Triton builder)blueprinted /tuned big valve ported and polished 1976 750 cc Triumph T140V engine with five speed gearbox, it has Dave Degens direct oil feed to the rockers and a Hayward belt drive.
Other parts
Aluminium petrol and central oil tank.
The majority of the bolts and nuts are stainless steel. The bolts have been trimmed to length and have the heads and ends polished.
Bespoke stainless steel exhaust pipes with Gold Star “silencers”.
Boyer electronic ignition and power box.
Matching speedometer and rev counter.
Bespoke racing seat.
