Me too. I love Tritons. One of my mates restored one in the late 70s. I loved it. 8-)

Spec....

Frame

1960 Norton Model 50 slimline frame, the rear of the frame has been modified “Manx” style and it also has a box section swinging arm with needle roller bearings.
SPOOKY

I did just the same, only with adjustable taper bearings.
I cannot believe how the originals were hailed as such great "handlers" when they had a rubber mounted swinging arm.....

Great spec, by the way :thumbright:

I have a confession to make.

When on the back of a bike with my mate once we rode alongside a Mod on a scooter and I wrapped his knuckles with the torque wrench I was carrying to make him let go of the handle bars.

I was a terrible thug in those days and I am really really sorry if any Mods came to harm following my antics.

I promise i will never hit anyone with my torque wrench again.

Unless I happen across Liam Gallagher of course. He is really asking for it.
Quality reply Dave
and i definately agree with the last bit ...and um the first bit...well all of it really
