next hail storm put the bed matress and sofa cusions over the car.

they dry out pretty quick
it can quickly escallate from pea to wallnut to tennisball size in a matter of minutes.
tennis ball size really does a bit of damage to both body and glass
never saw it as big as that but saw the affects regularly year old cars that looked like they had been set about with a hammer and its ACT of GOD so the insurance want nout to do with it

The Greater Knapweed near the Mugwort by the Buckthorn tree is dying
Very small dents along the roofline, really have to look to see 'em.
Casio Exilim EX-Z1080. High speed continuous mode. Took about 900 shots to get those 3!!! Gotta love digital cameras!!! One sequence you can see the lightning build up. Very cool. Storm predicted for tonight

VERY high up! If you cut one in half it has layers like tree rings.Kev wrote: Where do they come from?
The warm air pushes 'em way up where they gather another layer as the air cools, then they fall back into warm air, get pushed up again....
The warmer the weather, the bigger the hailstones can grow

Great pics, more tonite then

No-one will believe you...
