Post by ANTON »

Is there anyone local to me (sutton, surrey) that can lend me a brake flaring tool and brake pipe bending tool. While removing my suspension today the rear copper line boke so i have now decided to replace all the copper lines and rubber lines while it's all out.

Replace them with CuproNickel. Bit harder to bend but not as susceptible to breakage.....Cue the Cupro vs Copper mass debate! Got mine off EbayUK.

You can get an inexpensive tool (and the brake line) on the web from places like Frost.

I think its worth getting stainless lines from someone like classic tube I've had 2 different sets, they are normally between $2-300, good quality & last forever. http://www.classictube.com/
