They struggle to keep new Staff Ray ;) we have a high turnover rate,they have tried it with some immigrants but a lot have struggled due to the language Barrier :D

Your right about leaving Ray :D on a serious note! no point moaning about something when i can just leave! that's the whole point about this thread and sums up how i feel.

Get ur head down and keep going, T. Dont give em cause to let you go. Play the game and make sure you have a solid plan before you post the V sign.

As you know, I have put in for around 300 jobs over last few months all over UK with just a handful of interviews in return (then the jobs get pulled in most cases). Its gonna get much worse, and I'm not scaremongering.

Will catch up soon, poss arrange summit for t'Nags.

Me too... thats why for posting anything worth anything or over 1900kg goes by courier
I dont think you'll have too much trouble with 'em shoving 1900kg parcels back in the letterbox :lol:

All reason fom Joe Public goes out the window and it is life or death if their £4.00 Xmas pressie for their grandad that they decided to order on Sunday 21st Dec doesnt arrive in time :roll:


Even worse than normal this year due to the CC - everyone seems on a short fuse about bugger all

SAME her fella with me being a SPARKY if you get out of date a newbie of a six or eight week course can do your job when you have twenty years behind you, but you cant do the job as you haven't been to college to get you ticket up to date for what ever reason you have LIKE TOO MUCH WORK to take the time off :oops: ;) It is stupid when all or most of what they are bringing in is what we all did fifteen or twenty years ago and they amended and took out :roll: Any way im out of it and in a job for life :shock: Un less they let all the con's out of nick :D you never know :thumbright:
