I think its if the message board server takes the pip and is restarted

you will notice the unread posts (orange bits) disappear as well

I may be wrong.

I'm not sure if this will be the problem but you could try making sure cookies are enabled. If you're using Explorer 7, follow this link for instructions. http://www.betfred.com/help/static/cookiehelp_ie.htm

Wow. I just got logged out for no reason and unread messages "un-flagged". Not had that happen before. :?

Happens if i click the link to the site again before its loaded...which I sometimes do here at work as the internet is unreliable and slow at break times when everyone's on..
not really a problem...

Could be what it was. I was going back and forwards between two pages when it happened.

I couldn't sort this out so deleted browsing history then logged in again and internet explorer asked if I wanted it to remember the password. I clicked yes and now its fine.

I think I'm right in saying that if you log in somewhere (like here, ebag or something), if you hold 'ctrl' then hit the log in button, you get a box come up saying "do you want windows to remember these details" (or words to that effect).
Click yes and away ya go.
Everytime you start to fill in the log in part (if it's blank), it will automoatically fill in the rest for you, and also the password too. :thumbright:

I'm using XP and internet explorer 7.

Hope it helps.
