A-body b'cuda axle dimentions??

im sure somewhere on here?
i saw a link to axle widths and spring mount widths etc for a-body axles but cant find it now...
any ideas??

ive got a little 71/4 axle in mine atm and am told they wont stand a decent abuse..

i know for a 10 bolt chevy with locker cheep so may adapt that..
yes i know its not mopar but its within walking distance from me cheep and pretty strong so ive heard?
just the pcd to change...

Or just get different wheels, Blue has some Chubby stuff for sale in that department....I don't imagine the old 4" PCD wheels will be great for that much power anyway..........

yeah not keeping 4" pcd..
got some banded jag wheels actually i could use for the rear.....
maybe band up some for the front too?!

The 8-3/4 that was in my Dart measured 57-1/2" wheel to wheel mounting.

Hi 8ball,

A-body spring perch width is 43in.

The casing width is somewhere near 52in.
Overall around 57in.

The cheapest option is a F-body 8-1/4 if you can't find an 8-3/4.
