Thanks for that Lee.

I will be going back tomorrow and I WILL be bringing the camera.

Wasn't planning to go tomorrow but I picked up a vital brake part from Blown360 tonight and it needs taking down

I had a look at his blinding 70 Cuda race car project. One hot wagon :thumbright: :thumbright: :thumbright:

Here are some more pics of me old motor. She has quite a bit of 'stuff' on her, and it looks fantastic. Just love the windscreen wiper motor.

Smore. Its great to see all the space appearing in the sheds and garage, and all those parts that were wrapped up finally fitted to the car. Seeing the fuel filler cap and charger script were just brilliant.

Progress as of yesterday. Just gets better.

Engine and gearbox went down, so before long the heart should be back in the beast. can't wait to see those carbs on the motor.

Totally chuffed with the work being done :thumbright:

The side lights are those 'crappy repro's' from PG Classics.

Put them next to the original castings and the originals look rubbish. Some reproduction stuff really is good.

Ariel looks nice too - sad aren't I,

Great to see the rear light clusters in n all. The whole thing is going together just brilliantly.

Gotta get my leccy ignition stuff and re-curved / refurbished dizzy from Neil yet. Dropping the dizzy up there in a week or two. rear screen is getting re-tinted next weekend.Got orders due from y1, then just gotta clean the seats up. Hey presto :thumbright: :thumbright: :thumbright:

.....and it looked well naff. Thats what you get when you DIY something that should have been done by a man who can.

I rang John a few hours after I saw it and asked him to pull it and paint it again. Its been done, and its all back in. This is more like it. Painted properly, in the correct orange. Not that 'orrible 69 orange.

It is just so 'in yer face'. I love it. The gearbox is spanking too. Well chuffed. :thumbright:
