My servo still seems to work ok but pedal travel has increased ( may just be shoes need adjusting).
The concern is the servo is really sucky when the pedal's pressed.
It's loudest from in the cab, it makes a great big wheeze when you press the pedal and then it sounds like there's a bad draught all the time the pedal's down.
Is the servo dying? Is there anything fixable in a servo? Anyone got a cheap one knocking around?
(It's drums all round and the m/cyl is fine)

No-one will believe you...
if you do it at tick over does the rpm change dramatically?
i.e lean running due to a big hole
have you got enough brake fluid to make up for the full travel of the shoes at you current adjustment.
i.e do they need adjusting up?
