They are hard to get but Year One sell the rebuild kits as well as the vacuum diaphragms. You need three rebuild kits and two diaphragms if you are rebuilding the whole lot and you will have a fit when you work out the price.

Get some gasket material from your local old school friendly car accessories shop and make your own...Cheap as chips!
