Idea to assist MMA members through Credit Crunch

Post by Anonymous »

Been chewing over several ideas with Don @ FBO to reduce prices during the credit crunch for MMA members.

Here's the plan.

All Credit Card orders over a certain amount (yet to be figured out) could be billed by FBO Systems direct @ my cost, this will cut down the amount of £ the damn banks take for moving money around as there is only one fee instead of two.
All shipping, duty and Vat and customs clearance will be taken care of by me, billed by me and cleared as usual at Birmingham.

Recently did the same for a customer with a F150 with the Triton SOHC engine, 30,000 miles from new and one of the cam gears fell off, saved the guy over £600 compared to his cheapest UK quote.

Anyone interested just contact me, I'll get costings from FBO and we go from there.

Nice one Neil, that may indeed help spur people on, I know a lot of people, including myself, are holding back waiting to see if the exchange rate improves before ordering more stuff, this could swing it! :thumbright:
