Wow Anton, that is impressive...carpentry isn't one of my strong points, but I may have a go at building one of those!
The pump don’t work coz the vandals took the handles.

If you have access to auto cad i can send you the drawing i did for the stand and you can get the measurement of it. i Based my stand on a 2inch valve.
let me know if you want the drawing
