Is a new 'Spotted on ebay USA' section needed?

Yes, it would keep the 'Spotted on eBay' section uncluttered.

New 'Spotted on eBay' section??

Post by Trigger_Andy »

Ok, just a quick poll to see who would be interested in a new 'Spotted on eBay' section, one that covers the US eBay for example. I thought that the idea of the spotted on eBay section was to cover nice Mopar finds here in the UK that would be of some use to people on here who would otherwise have missed them. Now it seems to be half filled with nicely restored Mopar's from the US that in General people aint gonna buy and are just put up so people can slaver over.

No personal dig's or anything just an idea! :thumbright: :D

Well I'm on ebay daily so that would not really apply to me Dunc, but it is annoying when you get a good spot your sitting on and someone who's trying to help out post's a link to it for the whole board to see.

I think we've been here before though! :D

Ebay Uk only- although I reckon most of us must be on there most days anyway?

Most US listings are pretty much out of reach now with the dollar rate etc

could leave as is (or just call the section SPOTTED FOR SALE ELSEWHERE to include other advert websites) but ask people to put in the subject what car it is and whether its UK or USA.

Just leave it as it is ;) if i spot its in the US then i tend not to look, but if its .co.uk then i take a look

Nothing against the US cars i just find the US ads OTT with the pics! there often that many pics that it causes my PC to crash with lack of memory.

If I was lookin at buying a car off ebay, I'd want as many pics as possible

Yeah agree with that, we all gotta do our own leg work on the stuff we want, if it`s a member selling fair enough, but scrap all the other postings. :thumbright:
