Saw this on ebay:

and wondered why or how the 1971 trim on the bonnet differs from the 1970 or 72-74 piece. The seller's description doesn't really explain it for me. I've got a 1970 trim on a 1972 hood and it fits fine. Is it so you can attach the SE trim as in this pic?
