Sorry Blue. For once I fear your taste has slipped. Those carbs look awsome as they are.
I think any scoop you fit is going to have to be so large it will look stupid on the street. Track only OK but not on the street.
You would have to come up with one really fine mother Bananarama! scoop to look better than it looks now with it's balls on show.

Great work Blue
How about one of these two scoops
Reversed tear drop with rear air intake or clear plexiglass scoop to show off your carbs
Clear plexi scoop looks cool and would be lighter as no paint needed

A tinted plastic scoop is what I'm after, If I can find someone that can make it for sensible money. I think it would have to be vacuum formed. I have no idea what a one off like that would cost. I have to mock something up first so I can get some quotes.

A guy on the HAMB is making them but i can't see the pics he posted of the buck he made. The idea of making one from a large tube light cover is a good one but no pic of it, Plastic supplier's might have tinted box's / cover's or tubes you could modify into a scoop.

I have to say Blue I am with the no scoop crowd!!! And I love scoops, but it looks so good without.
Having said that I'm sure if you do use a scoop it will still look great!!

Might as well put an aquarium on the Hood
could nt you just put a 70's scoop top on the carbs for racing
