My car recently failed it's MOT, basically it needs some welding done in the sills, I say sill, but I mean the bit where the bodyside wraps underneath, right in front of the rear wheel, instead of welding this the 'restorers' decided filler would make a cost effective alternative.
Anyway, I took it to a local bodsy shop, there are going to weld it up, and if they find more filler 'that they reckon would get burnt welding) fix that up and then paint it.
So... they reckon they can match the colour and said it was just like a rover colour?
Trouble is, I don't know who painted the car, so I don't know if they painted it mopar colour, which I think is DY2 sunfire yellow, but I'm not sure. Is there anything I can do about finding out exactly what colour the car is painted, or should I be alright trusting the painters?
Paint my wagon.
