Justin will have a tow bar soon, you may be able to use that as a pattern.
A ball hitch with plate will be about £20 from a caravan supplier, and the rest you can get made up in big steel plate and welded up.

Does the fact that Si passed his test after the 1997 change in laws, alter things.

The rules for peeps that passed after 97 are differnt for those who passed before 97.

yeah this is true,so does this make a difference or does the rules still apply?
