Sellers CAN'T leave negative feedback mate.
How did you pay? Paypal?
Save the email and forward it onto ebag if you've lost enough money to worry about ( I mean if it was a fiver then is it worth the hassle )
If it was paid thru paypal, then you can file a complaint thru them to get your money back.
Just save the email if that's what you are going to do.

Just had the same sort of thing myself, emails ignored, and the "service department" just hung up on my wife. Only just resolved it today ONLY coz I went round there in person.

Good luck mate :thumbright:

as Jules said, a seller can't leave neg feedback anymore (even if the buyer was in the wrong), i sell many hundreds of items each year and it drives me nuts that i have to go through the long drawn out process of a dispute with a non paying buyer, or an idiot, when they can leave neg for the slightest thing!

if you've got genuine reason to leave neg, then do so! give him a deadline with which to have the goods at your door, or leave it, no more excuses, usually works one way or the other.

Did you not check the feedback first Si??

"seller kept farting about with delivery did not send item was disputed got money"

He is in South Shields too, bit far to 'pop round'.
