Got any idea's fella's :read2:

Been out for a drive today, noticed oil been forced out of the breather on top of the axle (8 3/4) oil every were but in the axle :roll:

did you fill it in the car or when it was nose down on the bench?

You haven't mixed a normal mineral oil with a synthetic oil, have you, Ashley ?

Some older gearboxes, Top Loader's for example, don't like mixing the two. You get froth and such.

Thanks for your replys fella's.

No Sandy, the oil's not mixed.

Axle was filled to the plug level with the car on a four poster, beginning of last year.

Think i'm going to drain off what's left in the diff, and refill it with fresh oil, but leave it 1/2 a litre short of the plug level and see what happens :roll:
