Back on thread slightly, Gates at Brooklands open at 10 am .
Trophies will be around 3pm, and Surrey Muscle meet is about 15 minutes away, after the show closes around 5pm.

We are getting enough members in the North now to justify a Northern MMA club show too don't you think?

Dave, I said that to Mandie yesterday. Brooklands seems to be popular ans southern based. If there is a suitable venue northern direction, then I would be all for it. A venue that is an attraction in its own right that welcomes car clubs is ideal, eg air museum, stately home etc.
If it is done at a different time of year, say September then that would spread things nicely.
Can we get this onto a different thread and maybe get some suggestions for venues??

We are setting aside an area of parking for all the Dukes of Hazzard cars, as discussed much earlier in the year, in front of the main paddock against the railings. Will room for 6 cars be enough?

Just hope the weather holds out for us.

Look forward to seeing you all on Sunday.

I'll be there too providing nothing major goes wrong. So that makes six so far. Can't think of anyone else apart from Dave Kent but I don't know if he's a member.
