Schoolboy question on bolt sizes

Post by Stu »

 I know this is simple stuff, but does anyone know the thread types and bolt sizes / lengths for small block 318 intake manifold bolts and rocker cover bolts? Assuming UNC?

I could've sworn I had a listing somewhere, but I'm jiggered if I can find it. :?

They are all UNC. I believe it's 1/4" on the covers and 3/8" on the intake, lengths depend on the covers/ intake being used. loosely fit both and use the depth gauge on your micrometer to determine length, subtracting a bit for gasket squash.
