Hi guys, my manual specifies the diff oil as ML-L-2105B (AP1GL5). whats the modern equivalent of this ? it's an 8 1/4 by the way

Doug ive put Kendalls gear oil in mine seems ok.

Used to use Kendalls , problem is it turns black real quickly , now although this might not be a problem i'd prefer to see the oil a golden colour , don't know how many times i was looking for problems when it was just down to the oil goin black a lot quicker compared to other brands.

Sure your on about about diff oil Brut Any ep80 90 hypoid oil will do.

Depends if it's LSD or not

open diff 80 or 90

suregrip or similar needs the same but with the LSD additive
