The springs are fitted with washers to take up the play, just think they could have been a little thicker because there's still a bit of movement.
The passenger tyre was rubbing the most, for some reason the axle on these cars sits slightly to that side. The passenger side wheel arch lip had been trimmed when I got the car but the driver's side is untouched.

Looking GOOD there Mick,

Just needs a nosecone and a wing and you're ready to hit the Ovals!!!
Only pullin ya leg!

Don't see many black 70runners, You cracked it!!!

P500.

ps, just a comment, I think that's too much rim for a 275 tire?
I use 8inchers up to 295 tire meself!!!
Always helps stop tire rubbin?

Om my Dart, there is a little movement withthe mono leafs. If I launch it hard there is a bit of a bang which i'm sure is the slight play in the mono front bushing. I've checked that everything else is tight inc prop, diff and axle perches.
sounds like the same as yours Mick.
