' 71 Cuda wheels

I have a bit of time on hand, and decided to try and find out a bit more re my car.
Got the car with rally wheels, but seems to remember something about steel wheels.
The build sheet says the following, under ' wheels '
road: 52
colour: TX8
spare: 59
wheel cover : 24
Is this rally wheels, or steel?
