Just thought i would get peoples opinions on the colour, just like i ask the wife what muscle car to buy then i get what i like :lol: Do like to be different for sure, thought there wasnt many black 71 roadrunners arround. Anyhow how does one find original colour?

What a suprise vin tag says TX9, think that might be black :read2:

I had a feeling that it was originally a black car. I used to see the Peach brothers hooning around Brighton in the early 80's with GTX badges on the side before they painted the top half silver. The car you now own was at least partially responsible for me buying my first Mopar (in 1983).

If I remember correctly, when I had it I checked build against number plate

pretty sure L is not right but it's a long time ago

Steve, print off the colour chart, cut out all the colour chips, throw 'em up in the air and see which one lands in your beer!

thanks ivor, good job theres no rush. peachy has really faded needs a lick of something, it does stand out cant go anywhere without being seen, perhaps i like that. :lol:
