Blimey John! I heard your clutch slipping but I didn't realise things were that bad...sorry to see that, though I'm pretty sure you could get away with just a new clutch and cover and maybe a light skim on the flywheel depending on how deep the cracks are, of course.
The pump don’t work coz the vandals took the handles.

The flywheel should clean up John, mine looked like that before I had it re-surfaced. I use Brewer's for 4 speed parts.

Hi Woody,

That flywheels a gonna!
Its got hot spots and surface hardened in small areas!

It will look fine when its reground, but it it'll tear up the friction plate again.

If you're producing alot of power you're gonna need a good clutch.
Its gonna have to be a Centreforce and HIPO plate!
They don't slip, they are either IN or OUT!

We all go through this with saga with our clutches!
Buy the best straight off, or you will be doing this again!!!

Thanks Paul.

We have had the flywheel skimmed and there is a few hard spots on it. But Robbo reckons it will be allright. We are fitting a heavy duty clutch so hopefully it will be o.k

But the clutch arrived today and it's the wrong size

Will be the 25th before the new one comes in now.

I have a buyer from Germany lined up for this car. I've just spoke to him and he has first refusal now, and he is really keen to buy this car. He's just waiting for the phonecall.
